Shipping Schedule:
will ship your order the first Friday following receipt of your order, via Fedex. Should this fall on a Stat Holiday, we will ship your order on the first available business day prior to the Stat Holiday. Shipping rates are based on origin, destination, size and weight of parcel.
In order to keep shipping costs down, each order is treated individually and categorized into the appropriate size box.

Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us at least 48 hours prior to our scheduled shipping dates. Simply email us at shop@leladesigns.ca.
If your order has already been shipped, we will not accept cancellations. However, you may return the order in exchange for our other products or for store credits at your expense. This means you will be responsible for all shipping costs.
Returns / Refunds
If your order is damaged upon receipt, you must notify Fedex and Lela Designs within 48 hours of receiving the order. Please direct your email to shop@leladesigns.ca. You will be provided with instruction for the proper return of the item(s). Lela Designs will incur all shipping charges for goods returned damaged.
All damaged goods will be exchanged as long as we can be assured through our inspections, that the product has NOT been used. If an exchange is not desired, you will received an immediate store credit for use on future purchases.
